Jack Edwards Believes Bruins’ Resiliency Strong Enough to Fend Off Desperate, Dangerous Flyers

The Bruins are one win away from exorcising any sort of demons that came with last year’s epic playoff collapse at the hands of the Flyers.

It’s become more and more evident through the first three games of the Eastern Conference semifinals that the B’s are on a mission, while the Flyers have yet to show any signs of being able to come back from a 3-0 hole for the second time in as many playoffs.

Jack Edwards stopped by NESN Daily to talk Bruins on Thursday night, and he said that the focus remains on this season and the great opportunity to get to a level they haven’t gotten to in quite some time.

“The history is history. This is about this year and this opportunity,” he said. “Seven wins doesn’t make you a hero. Eight wins in this town, in the playoffs, now you’re talking about real credibility as a franchise.”
