The difference in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference final was the power play. While the Bruins struggled again, finishing the game 1-for-5 with the man advantage, the Lightning scored three power-play goals in four opportunities.

Prior to Game 6, the Bruins' penalty kill received a lot of praise for limiting Tampa's chances so far in the series. But they struggled on Wednesday, giving up golden opportunities to the desperate Lightning time and time again.

NESN's Barry Pederson and Gord Kluzak were just as disappointed in the Bruins' power play effort, though. Kluzak said that the Bruins got too robotic in their offensive execution. He said the Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Nathan Horton line should have received more of an opportunity on the power play.
