Justin Verlander has been dominant of late, but several Red Sox starters in Thursday's meeting at Fenway Park have some positive history against the Detroit Tigers right-hander.

Chief among those is Carl Crawford, who is 8-for-23 (.348) against Verlander, now two starts removed from his second career no-hitter. However, all of Crawford's hits have been singles and he has not drawn a walk against Verlander.

Adrian Gonzalez has faced Verlander three times. He has one home run and two walks in those encounters. Kevin Youkilis, batting in his customary cleanup spot, is 5-for-14 (.357) with a pair of homers.

Overall, the lineup is 23-for-73 (.315) against Verlander. Below is a look at what the Tigers ace will face, as well as the Detroit batting order against Josh Beckett.
