Vote: Do Celtics Have a Chance to Come Back From 3-1 Deficit Against Heat? Things are grim.

The Boston Celtics had their chance. Paul Pierce had the ball in his hands, one-on-one against LeBron James. Ray Allen broke to get open for a 3. Kevin Garnett was poised to pick and pop for his patented 18-foot jumper. The series was going to be knotted at 2-2.

But it all went wrong. Garnett accidentally set a pick on Allen, Pierce was left all alone, and the old, tired Celtics had to go to overtime against the younger Heat. After using all their energy in regulation, the C's were spent, and the Heat cruised to an overtime victory.

Now, the Celtics trail 3-1 and have to win three straight against the Heat in order to advance to the conference finals. That'll begin Wednesday night in Miami.

Do the Celtics, with a tired core of veterans and a one-armed Rajon Rondo, have a chance to pull off the comeback? Leave your thoughts below.
