Kevin Youkilis Returns from Hip Tightness As Red Sox Face Angels Kevin Youkilis is back in the lineup for the Red Sox as they prepare to take on Angels right-hander Jered Weaver on Monday in the first of four straight at Fenway Park.

Youkilis sat out Sunday's win over Seattle due to tightness in his left hip that caused him to leave the previous game in the seventh inning.

The Red Sox third baseman will be drawing a tough assignment in his return to the lineup, as will each of his teammates. Weaver enters 6-0 with a 0.99 ERA. He was scratched from his scheduled start Sunday against Tampa Bay with an illness, which would've caused him to miss a four-game series with Boston for the second time in just over a week.

Instead, Weaver will try to keep alive his impressive winning streak against a Red Sox lineup that has struggled to put up runs much of the year.

Youkilis is 6-for-23 (.261) with a pair of home runs against Weaver. David Ortiz and J.D. Drew, who hit behind Youkilis, are a combined 15-for-44 (.341) with three homers vs. the righty. Adrian Gonzalez, hitting in front of Youkilis, is 3-for-4 with a double.

With Clay Buchholz on the mound, here is the complete batting order for Boston:

Jacoby Ellsbury, CF
Dustin Pedroia, 2B
Adrian Gonzalez, 1B
Kevin Youkilis, 3B
David Ortiz, DH
J.D. Drew, RF
Jed Lowrie, SS
Carl Crawford, LF
Jason Varitek, C

And for Anaheim:

Maicer Izturis, 2B
Bobby Abreu, DH
Howie Kendrick, 1B
Torii Hunter, RF
Alberto Callaspo, 3B
Vernon Wells, LF
Erick Aybar, SS
Jeff Mathis, C
Peter Bourjos, CF
