On the heels of his dominant victory over Shane Mosely earlier this month, Manny Pacquiao has returned to the Philippines to fulfill his duties as a congressman.

The current pressing matter of state in the island nation is that of whether or not to allow government-supported contraception programs.

Pacquiao, part of the country's overwhelming Catholic majority, has come out in opposition of the program, saying, "God said, ‘Go out and multiply.’ He did not say, just have two or three kids."
