In the wake of the Lakers' second-round collapse, just about everybody is looking for an explanation as to why the team had such little chemistry, and why Pau Gasol was so mediocre.
Rumors initially surfaced that Pau Gasol had split from girlfriend Silvia Lopez Castro, and the next incarnation of that notion was that Kobe Bryant's wife had orchestrated the breakup. Thereafter, the story evolved into Shannon Brown having slept with Lopez Castro.
The Lakers guard, in an attempt to avoid a Delonte West-Gloria James situation, addressed the rumors via Twitter on Saturday night.
