Vote: Who Will Lead the Red Sox in Home Runs This Year?

Vote: Who Will Lead the Red Sox in Home Runs This Year? The Red Sox have been experiencing a bit of a power outage through the first month of the 2011 season.

Some fans are blaming the team's lack of power as the main reason for the slow start. The Sox have just 22 dingers through 27 contests and are lingering in the bottom-third in runs scored.

Kevin Youkilis, returning to the lineup Monday after missing Sunday's tilt with hip tightness, leads the team with five taters while leadoff hitter Jacoby Ellsbury trails him with four.

David Ortiz and Dustin Pedroia each have two home runs apiece while the league's biggest offseason pickup, first baseman Adrian Gonzalez, has just one to his name so far.

While it's obvious that opposing pitchers won't be able to keep these bats cold all summer long, one has to wonder, which player will come out on top as the team's home run king in 2011?
