NHL Officiating a Growing Concern in Vancouver Leading Up to Bruins-Canucks Stanley Cup Final Over the weekend, Tony Gallagher penned a column for The Province that said there is a major conflict of interest in the Stanley Cup Final because Colin Campbell is an NHL executive and Gregory Campbell is a player for the Boston Bruins.
