Zdeno Chara Scores Twice, Tim Thomas Shines, Helping Bruins to 3-0 Series Lead Over Flyers

It was another wild one at the TD Garden on Wednesday night. Zdeno Chara fired a bomb just 30 seconds into the first period that found the back of the net, and David Krejci scored 33 seconds later.

Tim Thomas was once again spectacular in net for the B's, stopping 37 shots by Philadelphia in the matchup. Though the Flyers outshot the B's 38-28, the momentum was on Boston's side from the get-go, and they even notched their first power play goal of the postseason in the victory.

When it was all said and done, the Bruins earned a 5-1 win and extended their series lead to 3-0 over the Flyers. Check out all the Game 3 highlights in the video above from NESN Daily, including analysis from Naoko Funayama, Kathryn Tappen and Barry Pederson.
