Carmelo Anthony’s Sells Denver Mansion for $6 Million, Half of Actual Value (Photos)

Carmelo Anthony got his wish in the midseason trade to the New York Knicks, but like many people he discovered that moving to New York is expensive.

The former Denver Nuggets forward took a bath on his $12 million Denver home, selling the place off for just about $6 million, according to Curbed.

That won't break the bank for a man who made $17.1 million in salary in 2010-11, according to basketball-reference.com. Still, $6 million is $6 million.
