Miami may be the No. 1 destination for NBA stars, but according to Hall of Famer Charles Barkley, they rank dead last in fan involvement.

Barkley's latest comments come just a couple weeks after he took a shot at Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, saying that while he liked them personally, the Heat were a "whiny bunch."

When asked if Miami was the worst professional sport city, Barkley had this to say to ESPN.com: "Yeah they have the worst fans. No question. It's not even loud in there. You're at the game and you are like, 'Man this place isn't even loud.' At least when you go to Chicago, it's loud in there, it's crazy down in Dallas but it's not even loud in Miami."

Barkley — along with most of the national media — has been slamming the Heat all season long, and the Miami faithful started to take the Round Mound of Rebound’s comments personally. During the conference finals, TNT had to move its pregame coverage from outside American Airlines Arena to inside due to negative interactions between Barkley and fans.
