At the 2010 Run to Home Base, George Couture proposed to Alley Jablonski.

One year later, they returned to Fenway Park to exchange their vows.

George and Alley’s wedding was supposed to take place June 4 at Fenway Park, but the Red Sox-A’s game was moved from 7 p.m. to 1 p.m. due to the Stanley Cup Final. The couple scrambled to rearrange their plans, and they were married officially by a priest that morning. Unfortunately, many of their friends missed the proceedings.

After the Red Sox’ 14-inning marathon, George, Alley and their guests congregated atop the Green Monster for a second exchanging of vows. This time, it was Heidi Watney presiding.
