VANCOUVER — The last game the Bruins played ended without a single penalty called as Boston punched its ticket to the Stanley Cup Final with a 1-0 win over Tampa Bay in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final last Friday.

When the Cup Final gets underway in Vancouver with Game 1 Wednesday night, it's doubtful the Bruins and Canucks will get through the full 60 minutes without a penalty again. The guys in stripes who will be making any potential calls are referees Stephen Walkom and Dan O'Rourke.

Walkom was one of the refs for that Game 7, working that night with Dan O'Halloran. Walkom also worked Game 3 of that series with Steve Kozari, with Boston winning 2-0 in Tampa. Each team was called for four penalties and was 0-for-3 on the power play. Walkom also worked Game 4 of the Montreal series (a 5-4 Bruins win in overtime) and Game 4 against Philadelphia (a 5-1 Boston win).

O'Rourke worked Game 1 of the Tampa series (a 5-2 loss at the Garden) and Game 5, which Boston won 3-1 at home. He also worked the opening games of each of the Bruins' first two series, a 2-0 home loss to Montreal and a 7-3 win at Philadelphia.

The linesmen for Game 1 will be Steve Miller and Pierre Racicot, the same duo who worked Game 7 of the Tampa series.
