Top 10 Storylines of Boston Bruins' Stanley Cup Season The 2010-11 season for the Boston Bruins will always be remembered for one thing above all others. It was the season that the Bruins won their first Stanley Cup since 1972.

Like any championship season, the Bruins' quest to finally hoist Lord Stanley's chalice was filled with plenty of compelling stories and plot twists.

With the Bruins, though, it seemed like there was a new story or talking point every week of the season. There was always some sort of storyline captivating the team, fans and media alike all the way from Prague way back October to Zdeno Chara grabbing the Cup and hoisting it on Rogers Arena ice in Vancouver on June 15.
