While a new collective bargaining agreement and an end to the lockout appear imminent, no agreement has been reached. The Cincinnati Bengals missed that memo.

The Bengals' ticket office sent a letter to all season ticket holders stating, "You Ready for Some Football? We are excited to let you know that the NFL has reached a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that allows the entire NFL season to be played this year."

The rest of the letter discussed the Bengals' draft choices and desire to win, apparently trying to invoke support for a team that finished 4-12 last season.
