Baseball players are notorious pranksters, which actually makes a ton of sense. With all that free time they have in the dugout during games, players have to find some way to keep themselves entertained.
On Sunday, the Detroit Tigers found an easy way to stay busy, while facing the Minnesota Twins, by lighting utilityman Don Kelly's shoe on fire as part of a classic "hot foot" prank.
Apparently Cy Young candidate Justin Verlander was the mastermind behind the deed, but it's hard to tell from the video. Check it out, courtesy of MLB.com.
