Hiroki Kuroda's name has been tossed around frequently when it comes to starting pitchers that could be on the move prior to Sunday's MLB trade deadline. But it now appears that the Dodgers starter is staying put.

Kuroda, who has been linked to a number of teams recently (including the Red Sox), has a no-trade clause in his contract. And according to Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times, he doesn't plan to waive it. Hernandez reports that Kuroda told the Dodgers that he intends to stay with them for the rest of the season.

The Dodgers' official Twitter account confirmed the report, stating that Kuroda told the Dodgers that he does not expect to waive his no-trade clause.

Kuroda, 36, is 6-13 this season despite boasting a 3.11 ERA. In his four-year career, the right-hander is 34-43 with a 3.50 ERA.
