NESN Red Sox broadcasters Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy were joined by a special visitor on Saturday night at Fenway Park.
Kyler Quelch, a 7-year-old battling cerebral palsy, got to join Don and Jerry in the booth for a little bit during the Red Sox-Mariners game at Fenway.
Of course, Kyler is no stranger to Fenway Park. He was recently nominated by his doctors at Children’s Hospital to throw out the first pitch at a Red Sox game. His doctors nominated him for his knowledge of the game and for his loyalty to the Red Sox.
Not surprisingly, some of his career ambitions are to become a doctor and also pitch for the Boston Red Sox. And oh yeah, he’s coming for Don and Jerry’s job.
