Rangers, Phillies Among Winners at MLB Trade Deadline, While Yankees Among Those Left Behind The 2011 MLB non-waiver trade deadline has officially come and gone.

Some teams made deals to put themselves in position for a playoff run, while some teams' activity — or lack thereof — did nothing but set themselves back.

The Red Sox acquired pitcher Erik Bedard and infielder Mike Aviles over the weekend — both of whom the Sox hope can help them down the stretch. The Yankees, meanwhile, decided to stand pat.

Teams will continue to move players around as we move through August, but the major flurry is complete with the passing of Sunday's deadline.
