University of Miami Brags About Former Hurricanes on NFL’s Top 100 List in Infographic That’s Both Obnoxious, Awesome

If you haven't recently heard that the University of Miami is the greatest school on planet earth … then you probably haven't stood within 15 feet of a Miami alum recently.

The U is known for its braggadocio, particularly when it comes to football, so it comes as no surprise that the school created an infographic boasting all the former Hurricanes who made the NFL Network's Top 100 list.

The list counted down the top 100 players in the league last year, as voted on by the players. The folks at the Miami athletic department were happy with the results.

The infographic posted on the Hurricanes' website pointed out that Miami had by far the most players on the list with 10. Texas Tennessee was second with six, Michigan and Cal tied for third with four, and Boston College, Stanford and Kent State tied for fourth with three players apiece.

Miami was also quick to note that it dominated the state of Florida, as only three other Floridian college players (two from UCF, one from Bethune-Cookman) made the list. That's seven — seven! — fewer than Miami. Ha!

That fact led to perhaps the greatest line on the whole thing: "*No Players: FAU, FIU, FSU, UF, USF."

Awesome.

The Hurricanes also created their own category: Colleges with the most players ranked No. 1 at their position.

Why'd they create this category?

Well, because they rule the world at this category, with three players (Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Andre Johnson) to Michigan's measly two! Forget the fact that Michigan can boast having the No. 1 overall player in Tom Brady — there's no category for that. Miami wins again!

Check out the infographic below, or check out the PDF version by clicking here, and don't forget how great the Hurricanes truly are — though they wouldn't mind reminding you.
