It’s a holiday for some football fans every year: the day that EA Sports releases the newest version of “Madden.”
It’s almost here, but until then, fans can settle for a sweet new ad.
EA Sports released a new commercial for the latest iteration of its famed “Madden NFL” franchise with plenty of Boston flavor.
The ad is voiced by Boston’s own Ben Affleck and, in case you weren’t already pumped up enough, the Dropkick Murphys’ “Shipping Up to Boston” kicks in at the end.
“Madden NFL 12” hits stores August 30th and we can think of at least one NFL player who will grab a copy or two.
