FOXBORO, Mass. — Chad Ochocinco wants to live with you.
Yeah, you. And maybe even the person who's reading over your shoulder, too.
If you're a Patriots fan who lives in the Foxboro area, plays Xbox and has the Internet, Ochocinco has qualified you as a contestant to be his next roommate. The Pats wide receiver still hasn't found a place to stay, so he concocted a plan.
"I'm going to do something different," Ochocinco said Tuesday. "I'm actually going to stay with a fan, probably the first two or three weeks of the season. So that should be fun until I get myself acclimated, learn my way around and actually just find a place.
"I'm not sure how many Boston fans I have, but I'll just pick somebody. I'm not sure how it's going to work. They have to have Internet. They have to have Xbox. That's about it."
Ochocinco was asked if he was serious, and he replied, "Have I ever lied to you before?"
Hmm, good question. I wasn't a contestant on "The Ultimate Catch," so I'm not sure if he's ever lied to me. But hey, there are some crazy people out there. I mean, really crazy.
"I rode a bull," Ochocinco said. "I'm crazy. Same thing."
Naturally.
