A few years ago, Erin Sharoni was a "normal" woman modeling workout pants for FILA. Soon she will be a weekly presence on a new NBC Sports show hosted by Darren Rovell.
Rovell, a sports business reporter for CNBC, will host Sports Biz: Game On every Friday starting this fall, The Big Lead reports. Sharoni will be his "sideline reporter," in essence a co-host, according to The Big Lead.
Sharoni was host of We Are St. John's: All Access on SNY and was the sideline reporter for St. John's games on RedStormSports.com, according to her bio at erinsharoni.com. She worked in finance and worked in sports broadcasting and modeling on the side.
