Lackey (Noun): "A servile follower." That's the dictionary definition of the word.
But when Red Sox fans talk about lackeys, they're usually referring to pitcher John Lackey, who is less of a follower and more of an important part of the Red Sox' rotation.
He continued his strong second half on Saturday afternoon, allowing three runs in six innings of work against the New York Yankees, and NESN Nation wanted to commemorate the occasion.
