Albert Haynesworth Kept Out of Thursday Practice With Back Injury

FOXBORO, Mass. — Defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth missed his third practice in eight days with a back injury, according to Thursday's injury report from the Patriots.

Left guard Logan Mankins returned to the field in a limited basis after missing Wednesday's practice with an illness. There were no other changes from Wednesday's injury report.

Tight end Aaron Hernandez (knee), tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back) and defensive lineman Mike Wright (concussion) missed Thursday's practice.

Cornerback Kyle Arrington (chest), cornerback Leigh Bodden (groin), safety Patrick Chung (hand), cornerback Ras-I Dowling (hip), defensive lineman Shaun Ellis (knee), linebacker Gary Guyton (hamstring), linebacker Jerod Mayo (thigh), punter Zoltan Mesko (left knee), wide receiver Taylor Price (hamstring) and offensive lineman Ryan Wendell (calf) were all limited.

Safety Josh Barrett (thumb) and linebacker Dane Fletcher (thumb) were full participants in Thursday's practice.
