Commemorative Book of Bruins’ Championship Season Available for Presale Thursday

Beginning on Thursday at 10 a.m., Bruins fans will be able to pre-order the team's official championship season commemorative book, Full 60 to History: The Inside Story of the 2011 Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins.

Written by BostonBruins.com beat writer John Bishop and assistant director of media relations Eric Tosi, the book chronicles the Bruins' championship season and gives fans plenty of exclusive behind-the-scenes insight.

The first 10,000 people to pre-order will receive a piece of the championship flag that flew over the Berkeley Building during the Bruins' rolling rally championship parade and a commemorative opening night ticket.

Additionally, there will be 500 limited collector's editions of the book made. This includes a leather-covered book with a page of autographs from team president Cam Neely, general manager Peter Chiarelli, Zdeno Chara, Patrice Bergeron, Andrew Ference, Mark Recchi, Tim Thomas and Shawn Thornton. The book comes with a presentation box, which includes of piece of the championship flag that flew over the Berkeley Building, a piece of game-used net during the playoffs, a replica engraving of the Stanley Cup and a commemorative opening night ticket.

The limited collector's edition retails for $479.99.

Those that pre-order the book will have it shipped the week of Dec. 12, in time for the holiday season.
