How Many Yards Will Darren McFadden Rush for Against Patriots? Darren McFadden is off to one heck of a start for the Oakland Raiders this season.

The fourth-year pro is averaging 6.4 yards per carry this season, amassing 393 yards and scoring three touchdowns in the Raiders' three games. That includes two monster games — Week 1 against Denver, when he ran for 150 yards, and Week 3 against the Jets, when he rushed for 171 yards.

This week, he'll be up against the Patriots, who rank 21st in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per attempt (4.3). That number, of course, is affected by the Patriots' opponents, who have done most of their damage through the air, thereby opening up some opportunities on the ground from time to time.

It's going to be different with the Raiders, though, as they rank 26th in passing yards (571) and 29th in pass attempts (82). With the Patriots' defense able to gear up to stop the run, will Bill Belichick be able to contain McFadden?
