The Red Sox' offensive woes disappeared Monday night, as the home team put up 18 runs to win the second game of a doubleheader against the Orioles.

Red Sox fans hope their team kept some of those hits in the bats for Tuesday, when Erik Bedard (1-2, 3.66 ERA) makes his first start since Sept. 3, facing right-hander Rich VandenHurk (0-0, 6.00).

Jacoby Ellsbury is back at leadoff after a big Monday night, followed by Dustin Pedroia in the two-hole. Adrian Gonzalez, David Ortiz and Josh Reddick occupy the middle of the order.

Carl Crawford is back in the lineup after a stiff neck held him out of Monday's games. Marco Scutaro bats seventh and plays shortstop. Jarrod Saltalamacchia does the catching, and Mike Aviles is in the lineup again at third base, batting ninth.
