Report: Mississippi Man Accused of Raping Woman at Brandon Meriweather's Foxboro Home Brandon Meriweather's house in Foxboro, Mass., is no longer where the former Patriot lives, but it will serve as a crime scene for the near future.

A Mississippi man named James Roberts has been accused of raping a woman in the house, according to a report in The Sun Chronicle, based out of Attleboro, Mass. The alleged attack took place on July 13.

Roberts pleaded innocent at his arraignment on Aug. 25, according to the report, and a pretrial conference will take place on Sept. 20.

Meriweather was cut by the Patriots on Sept. 3, and he was signed by the Bears a day later.
