Hoping for a quick two-game sweep of the Blue Jays, the Red Sox are sending John Lackey to the hill for afternoon baseball at Fenway Park.

After Tuesday night's win that gave Tim Wakefield No. 200 of his career, Boston will send a similar lineup out there on Wednesday. Again, David Ortiz is out of the lineup, but this time, Ryan Lavarnway will take over in the DH spot.

Big Papi will be missing out, too, as he owns a .345 lifetime batting average in 29 at-bats against starter Ricky Romero. Kevin Youkilis, batting fifth and playing first, has three homers and a .389 average against Romero in 18 career at-bats. Jacoby Ellsbury (.429 BA) and Dustin Pedroia (.421 BA) have also fared well against Romero, who is 3-6 with a 7.63 ERA in 12 career starts against Boston.
