‘Pat the Patriot,’ White Cowboys Helmets, Lots of Powder Blue Included in Top 10 NFL Throwback Uniforms (Photos)

The Patriots took the field against the Jets on Sunday afternoon wearing throwback uniforms from the team's AFL days. And a lot of Pats fans remain very fond of the old "Pat the Patriot" logo.

Throwback uniforms have become increasingly popular in recent years. In 2009, the original eight AFL teams, including the Patriots and Jets (who where then called the Titans of New York), wore their original uniforms in several games throughout the season.

In 2010, many teams, such as the Vikings and Falcons, wore throwback uniforms dating to the 1960s. And of course, the Lions and Cowboys have their traditional Thanksgiving throwbacks.
