If you missed the Carolina Hurricanes-St. Louis Blues game on Friday night, you also missed history.
According to the Comcast TV directory (and spotted by Deadspin), the Hurricanes took the night off and let the Hartford Whalers suit up for the first time since 1997.
Unfortunately, the Whalers picked a bad time to return, since the St. Louis Blues came away with an overtime win in the game.
