'Immoral' Goal Celebration Lands Two Iranian Soccer Players in Hot Water With Authorities (Video)Persepolis duo Mohammed Nosrati and Sheis Rezaei proved that what’s good for the goose isn’t necessarily good for the gander. The pair was indefinitely suspended by the Iranian Football Association for their “immoral” goal celebration during Saturday’s league game, according to The Associated Press.

The players were celebrating their team’s winning goal in its 3-2 win over Damash Gilan. The game was broadcast live on Iranian state television and authorities did not take kindly to Rezaei squeezing the backside of an unidentified teammate.

Rezael and Nosrati were also banned from entering any stadium in the country. The governing body is considering additional penalties.

The players said they did not intend to offend anyone with the goal celebration.
