South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier has stood up to a lot of criticism over the years. He's opened himself up to it on a weekly basis this season whenever he's started undisciplined Stephen Garcia at quarterback.

Spurrier can handle criticism, but he said at a news conference Tuesday that he could not handle stories that aren't true. He therefore refused to speak with print reporters until Ron Morris, a columnist with the State newspaper in Columbia, S.C., left.

Morris wrote a story six months ago about Spurrier "poaching" Bruce Ellington from the basketball team to play football. Spurrier and basketball coach Darrin Horn denied Ellington changed sports without the basketball coach's knowledge and permission, and Spurrier chose Tuesday to take action against Morris.

Check out the humorous video of Spurrier's ultimatum below, with special thanks to The Big Lead for bringing this to our attention.
