Vikings’ Percy Harvin, Panthers’ Captain Munnerlyn Trade Blows on Carolina Sideline After Whistle (Video)

The Panthers and Vikings may both sit at 2-6, but each team has shown a lot of fight this season — literally.

Panthers cornerback Captain Munnerlyn traded blows with Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin on Sunday. This comes just three weeks after Carolina wide receiver Steve Smith mixed it up with New Orleans safety Roman Harper and a week after Minnesota defensive end Brian Robison kicked Green Bay offensive lineman T.J. Lang in the groin.

With rookie quarterback Christian Ponder scrambling around trying to make a play in the second quarter, Harvin got tied up with Munnerlyn downfield as he tried to get open. Munnerlyn drove Harvin all the way back to the bench on the Carolina sideline, where the two went at it.

Check out the video below to see the scrap, during which Harvin was clearly outnumbered.
