Liverpool likely rues the fact that it should have scored at least five or six goals in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Norwich City. Though it failed to do so, the game still featured standout performances from players on both teams.

Craig Bellamy and Grant Holt were the goal scorers. Despite conceding, Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy stopped a flurry of Liverpool chances. Stewart Downing's crossing created several scoring opportunities. Luis Suarez terrorized the Norwich defense all day. He didn't score, but he was outstanding throughout.
