Brandon Spikes Ruled Out Against Jets, Wes Welker Listed As Probable

FOXBORO, Mass. — Linebackers Brandon Spikes (knee) and Dane Fletcher (thumb) have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets after not practicing all week.

There are 10 players listed as questionable for the important division clash, including cornerback Kyle Arrington (foot), safety Patrick Chung (foot), defensive end Shaun Ellis (rib), running back Kevin Faulk (knee), running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis (toe), linebacker Gary Guyton (shoulder), linebacker Jerod Mayo (knee), wide receiver Taylor Price (hamstring), tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back) and offensive lineman Ryan Wendell (concussion).

Chung and Wendell practiced Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday. The other eight players listed as questionable were limited participants in all three practices this week.

Wide receiver Wes Welker (rib) is listed as probable after fully participating in Friday's practice. He was limited Wednesday and Thursday.
