Darrelle Revis Will Attempt to Fight Boredom When Jets Take on Tim Tebow, BroncosIf Darrelle Revis gets burned by Eric Decker on Thursday night when the Jets take on the Broncos, we'll know exactly what happened — Revis dozed off.

Count the Jets' All-Pro corner among those who aren't particularly impressed or enthused about Denver quarterback Tim Tebow and the revamped, run-heavy Denver offense.

The Broncos, who have found some success with a new offensive game plan and Tebow under center, may have trouble keeping Revis' attention Thursday.

"We can't fall asleep back there in the secondary," Revis told reporters earlier this week. "It can get boring, especially when a team just keeps running the ball, series after series, play after play."

It's not the first time Revis has been concerned about fighting boredom at the office. He admitted last season that he sometimes gets bored by the lack of action he gets as one of the game's best shutdown corners.

"That's the biggest thing," Revis said in January, "fighting boredom when you're not having a lot of balls come to your side. So I just got to just make sure I'm doing my job all the time."

"Nobody even throws to him," Rex Ryan said last season. "He doesn't have a pick so maybe they should try and pick on him, because clearly he doesn't have the numbers."

It's unlikely that Tebow, who completed just two passes in a win last week, will test Revis much on Thursday night. If he does, one would think it would be with the hope to catch the cornerback napping.
