Dimitar Berbatov and David De Gea Praise Sir Alex Ferguson's World Class Man Management SkillsDimitar Berbatov and David De Gea lavished praise on Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson. They think the secret to his success is in the way he treats his players.

"The way he treats players is unbelievable," Berbatov told the Daily Mail. "Even when not playing or you're injured, he's still speaking with you and encouraging. He makes you feel special and lets you know your place in the team."

Ferguson recently celebrated his silver anniversary (25 years) in charge of the Red Devils. He has won 37 major trophies in that time. His ability to relate to his players, at the ripe old age of 70, makes them repsond in unbelievable ways, according to the Bulgarian striker.

"Just in the way he speaks with you in the team-talk — before important games he can make you feel like it's the last game you'll play in your life," Berbatov added. "So you go out there and want to give everything you have. It's great — you just need to be there to see it."

De Gea has only worked with Ferguson since last summer. He was already one of Europe's highest-rated young goalkeepers when he left Spanish club Atletico Madrid to join the Red Devils. He thinks his game has improved greatly under the tutelage of Ferguson.

"What I have learned since the summer in England is more than most of my professional career in Spain," he said.

"It's another world in all of the concepts. I didn't play in the past weekend, but Ferguson told me it was just so I could rest. He's an incredible coach and without doubt the best in the world."
