While the Patriots gear up for their game against the Chiefs on Monday night, the Eagles have already turned their attention to next Sunday, when New England visits Philadephia. More specifically, their attention was turned to their quarterback situation.

Vince Young, the backup to Michael Vick, led his team to victory on Sunday night against the Giants with an incredible fourth-quarter drive. Despite Young's drive, the Eagles are "optimistic" that Vick could be ready next week, a team source told Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Head coach Andy Reid said after Sunday's game that he'd prefer to "take it day by day," rather than make any announcements. Vick is recovering from two broken ribs.
