FOXBORO, Mass. — Linebacker Jerod Mayo, wide receiver Wes Welker, tight end Aaron Hernandez and defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth are among the nine Patriots listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.

However, Mayo (knee), Welker (neck), Hernandez (knee) and Haynesworth (back) should all be expected to suit up. Welker said Friday he'll be ready to play.

Running back Kevin Faulk (knee), running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis (toe), tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back), safety Josh Barrett (thumb) and defensive end Shaun Ellis (rib) were also listed as questionable. All five players were limited in practice each day this week and will likely be healthy enough to play if needed.

Linebacker Dane Fletcher (thumb) has been ruled out. He has not practiced since the Patriots beat the Cowboys in Week 6.

Offensive lineman Donald Thomas missed Friday's practice to witness the birth of his child, and he is listed as probable for Sunday's game.
