LSU, Alabama, Arkansas Make SEC King of Dinosaurs in College Football
The top three teams in college football all belong to the West division of the Southeast Conference, and the games are so physical, they’re downright Jurassic.

Two of those teams — No. 1 LSU and No. 3 Arkansas — face off Friday in their regular-season finale. No. 2 Alabama takes on rival Auburn in hopes of playing in the BCS National Championship game. Compared to these three, all other college football conferences look like Barney the purple dinosaur, as cartoonist Will O’Toole illustrates.

Since graduating from Seton Hall University, Will O’Toole has been doing cartoons for over 30 years for a number of papers (USA Today), magazines (College and Pro Football Weekly) and websites (CBSSportsline.com). He is believed to be the only national cartoonist to have voted for the Heisman Trophy and the Wooden and Naismith Awards.
