Oklahoma State Tragedy Unites Community After Plane Crash Kills Kurt Budke, Miranda Serna
The unthinkable happened for Oklahoma State last week, as the second fatal plane crash in a decade claimed the lives of two beloved members of the athletic department.

Women's basketball coach Kurt Budke and assistant Miranda Serna died when their single-engine plane crashed in Arkansas. It was the second devastating plane crash the program has suffered through, as 10 people involved with the men's basketball team died in a plane crash in 2001.

In the wake of the tragedy, the Oklahoma State community has come together, and cartoonist Will O'Toole captures that message in the cartoon above.

Since graduating from Seton Hall University, Will O'Toole has been doing cartoons for over 30 years for a number of papers (USA Today), magazines (College and Pro Football Weekly) and websites (CBSSportsline.com). He is believed to be the only national cartoonist to have voted for the Heisman Trophy and the Wooden and Naismith Awards.
