Don't worry Boston-based Rajon Rondo fans. You won't be getting Rondo'd.

According to Chris Broussard's source, the C's won't be acquiring Chris Paul from the Hornets for Rajon Rondo because CP3 won't sign long-term with Boston.

"All the chatter about Boston's interest in Chris Paul is a moot point because the All-Star point guard will not sign a long-term contract extension with the Celtics, according to a person close to the situation," Broussard wrote on ESPN.com.

Paul, who averaged 15.9 points and 9.8 assists per game last season, becomes a free agent after this season. Rondo averaged 10.6 points and 11.2 assists per game last year.
