The Bruins, like many teams on a winning streak, have found different ways to win hockey games in the last few weeks. On Monday night, they turned to their decorated goalie to move that win streak to nine.

Tim Thomas turned aside all 33 Canadiens shots on Monday night, including a late barrage aided by what was a 6-on-4 advantage for the Habs to help the B's win streak stay alive. In the process, the Bruins saw themselves move up the Northeast Division standings into first place.
