Vote: Who Was 'Man of the Match' in Liverpool's Win Against Chelsea Glen Johnson, Maxi and Daniel Sturridge scored as Liverpool defeated Chelsea 2-1 on Sunday to go level on points with its rivals from London. Others contributed with fine performances as well. Vote in our “Man of the Match” poll and decide who deserves the plaudits.

The trio of goalscorers must appear on the list. But their performances may not have been as decisive as those of others players.

Charlie Adam was instrumental in both Liverpool goals. He took the ball off of John Mikel Obi to create the opener. He also played the cross-field pass that Johnson turned into the winner. 

Pepe Reina made a heroic save that preserved the 1-1 score when it looked like Chelsea would overrun Liverpool.
