Kendrick Perkins lost a lot of weight this offseason, but he didn't lose his competitive fire.

After beating the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night, Perk decided that he would shift his attention away from the hardwood and towards the small screen, addressing TV analyst Chris Webber for his lack of NBA credentials. Namely, his lack of championships.

On Twitter, Perkins wrote, "im tired of chris webber hatin on me get a ring first and then i can respect ya comments other wise keep my name out of ya mouth."

Webber had previously criticized Perkins as a poor fit for the Thunder because of his poor one-on-one defense. While Webber admitted that Perkins was a great fit in Boston, he wondered if he was the right man for the job in Oklahoma City.

So far, Perk's defense has been just fine for the Thunder — they're 3-0 on the year.
