The NBA is back, and so is Ron Artest. Wait, I mean Metta World Peace.

World Peace, formerly Ron Artest, made his name change official nearly two months ago after a three-week delay due to unpaid parking tickets. On Sunday, we got our first glimpse of Mr. World Peace’s new Lakers jersey.

The 32-year-old forward will still sport the No. 15 that he wore last season — which he switched to after wearing No. 37 during his first year in L.A. as a tribute to Michael Jackson‘s “Thriller,” which sat atop the Billboard charts for 37 weeks. But now, the purple lettering above the number will read “World Peace” rather than “Artest.”

Check out the photo of the new jersey below, taken at the Lakers’ media day.
