Monta Ellis Sued for Sexual Harassment After He Allegedly Sent Photo of His Genitals to Warriors Employee

Golden State Warriors guard Monta Ellis is being sued by a former team employee, who alleges he sent her unwanted texts, one of which included a photo of his genitals.

Erika Ross Smith alleges in her lawsuit that Ellis began sending her several dozen explicit messages, sometimes several times a day, The Associated Press reports. Smith reportedly says that this went on from November 2010 through January 2011, when she worked in the Warriors' community relations department.

The messages allegedly included lines such as, "I want to be with you," and "Hey Sexy," and Ellis would ask Smith what she was wearing or doing, according to the lawsuit.

The Warriors deny Smith's allegations, saying that Ellis and Smith had a "consensual relationship."
